What you share with us

The only place this website collects personal information is the preview request form. When you submit it, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name, if you enter one
• A website or social link, if you enter one
• The service you’re interested in
• A budget range, if you choose one
• The project details you write

Only the name, email, service, and project details are required. Everything else is optional.

How we use it

• To review and reply to your request
• To prepare your free website preview and design direction
• To send you communication that relates to your request or project
• To prevent spam and abuse of the form

We don’t use your details for unrelated marketing, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where your submission goes

Submissions are saved in this site’s own database so we don’t lose your request, and an email notification may be sent to Mosaic Web Studio so we see it promptly. The hosting and email services that carry that message process it on our behalf only.

Spam prevention and technical information

To stop automated abuse, the form limits how many times it can be submitted from the same connection or email address in a short period. To do that we store a one-way scrambled code derived from your connection and email address rather than the values themselves, and those records are short-lived. Our hosting provider also keeps standard request logs for security.

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies to profile you, and it does not run visitor analytics. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Keeping it safe

Information is kept only as long as it’s useful for the enquiry or project it relates to, then removed. Access is limited, transfers are encrypted, and the site is built with current security practices. No website can promise perfect security, so we don’t claim it — but we take it seriously.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact.mosaicwebstudio@gmail.com from the address you used and we’ll take care of it.

About the free preview

A free preview is a limited design concept, not a completed or published website. It may use placeholder text and temporary images to show the direction. Receiving one places you under no obligation to buy anything — if the direction isn’t right, you can simply stop there.
